Some young people choose to leave home without their adrenaline auto-injectors. This usually happens when they will be entering specific social situations such as nights out with friends, music festivals etc. Unfortunately these very situations can also lead to increased risk of exposure to allergens because of the possibility of excess alcohol consumption or even recreational drug use that, in turn, can lead to a lack of caution on the part of the person with allergy/allergies.
